Processing time
Processing time is separate from shipping times. Processing time is the amount of time it takes to prepare an order. Ready to ship items are generally processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We're usually faster than that, but have it set to 3-5 days in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Most custom items are also processed in 3-5 business days, but may take up to 10 business days if we need to order anything in order to complete your order. Shipping times start after the processing time, and once your order has been scanned in by the shipping carrier. (USPS or UPS.) You will receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and estimated shipping time options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimated. Any shipping carrier may have unexpected delays. I'm not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 22q Texas is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Other Info
Although damage or loss in shipping is rare, it still needs to be addressed. We promise to pack orders as carefully and safely as is reasonably required in order for your order to reach you undamaged. 22q Texas is not responsible for loss or damages occurred during shipping. Once an order shows as accepted by the shipping carrier, any damage or loss claims will be between the customer and shipping carrier. However, we're happy to assist you in filing a claim, and/ or providing any needed information to the carrier.
